A porch door was installed and I have some issues with the door that have not been resolved. I was told that I was waiting on a part for the door and when I got the part I was to call them or Home Depot I haven't received the part and it's been weeks! Resolution Sought Fix my porch door to my satisfaction, I paid a lot for the door and I want it done right! They both have a very poor rating as far as I'm concerned and I will never buy another item that needs to be installed by either of them!

I’ve spoken to a lady by the name of Pam from Home Depot and still nothing has been done to my door so how can either EW Nelson or Home Depot say that the problem has been resolved Home Depot says they will absorb the cost of the installation of the parts but not the cost of the parts, I have paid over $700.00 dollars for this door and I am not going to pay a penny more!!
