Fire her and replace her with someone who really cares for the business and the guests and not because she dislike them

Manager LISA at ez 8 is a total rude person she kick out three different rooms who so happens to have same last name, because without any explanation and she can do it and she rents rooms out to druggies and drug dealers and she is not professional and put all three different family on DO NOT RENT
