My experience with this company has been terrible, their contract says nothing about having or NOT having a grace period for payments payment was 3 days late and they called to be repossessed. I paid 3,000 down and contract says total amount to pay is 26,000 on a 2009 vehicle. 30 days check engine light came on ask them to let me out of contract they said NO. They lied from the start. Do not do business with these people. Resolution Sought Go out of Business let me out of contract. If I could give a zero rating I would definitely.

Update: I spoke with an Darryl St. Roman about the situation he reassured me I as well as my situation was important and did relieve some of my concerns and stated he would work on me a loaner for my twice needed transmission within a little longer than a year! I received a call on the 22nd and said they had me a loaner I drove almost 40 miles there to get the loaner just to be given a 199,999 miles disaster! Not only was that check engine light on but the car shook relentless! Mind you as stated we do not reside in hickory and would have to get back on the highway to make it back home fearing for my own and children safety there was no way I was putting that on the highway unfortunately I had no opinion but to leave the loaner there so nothing has yet to be done about it but I guarantee they want there car payments which I have never missed but EZ Way is willing to endanger my life and the life of my family just to brush us off like that! No one's asking for anything more than what we're due just as faithful as I am to their business they should do the same for ALL their customers, I'm convinced no way would the associates, repair guys etc! Would send their family out in a vehicle like the one they tried with me it's disgusting to treat your customers like this or even try a quick unsafe fix and I do have audio and videos of the car and it's condition including the relentless shaking Resolution Sought As stated this is the second transmission this car has needed! I do not trust this car or the repair company I don't want this car back and I've been having to pay for a rental out of my own pocket so something should definitely be done about that too.
