We bought a 2011 Volvo. It was not disclosed to me that the car had been in an accident and was told by dealer car had no problems. I brought it back the next day with a long list of needed repairs for safety issues. They were not able to do repairs, we brought it to Christian brother automotive and had to pay $1166.61 for needed repairs out of my pocket. Eagles auto blocked my phone calls and did not attempt to follow up with me about these costly repairs. Resolution Sought Refund for repairs. 1166.61

Company states customer purchased the vehicle as is with the dealer. She returned the next day with an issue of a tire sensor and the bumper being loose, they took care of the problem even though the vehicle was sold as is. The customer purchased an extended warranty 2 years or 24,000 miles bumper to bumper with a $100 deductible. She needs to contact the warranty company not the dealer because the dealer sold the car was is, there no refund is due.

Customer Rebuttal

They violated state laws regarding consumer protection and vehicle safety such as Louisianas inspection laws by selling vehicles with expired inspection sticker and representsed vehicle to be in safe condition which is inconsistent with Deceptive Trade Practices Act. They concealed known major defects as per repair receipt, whis is inconsistent with rules stated by Louisiana Used motor Vehicle Commission. I did buy the car as is, however, they did not disclose to me that the car was involved in an accident, and that it was not safe to drive. The inspection sticker was expired and the front left signal blinker was out, and the right front running light was out. The warranty did not cover these items. The cost to make necessary repairs to get the inspection sticker cost me $1171.97 out of pocket as shown in my receipt from Christian Brothers automotive.I would be satisfied with a refund of the repair bill for $1171.97 as it is illegal in the state of Louisiana not to disclose such information and knowingly allow customer to drive off in a vehicle unable to pass a safety inspection. They talked me out of getting the car inspected, and I fell for their deceptive practice.
