My complaint is that I have applied it for a loan even though they said you can apply for the loan even with bad credit they told me you need to add your father which was my dad which is my family member on the loan to get the money but they told me that I could not get the money and they can do nothing for me to me that was false advertising because the simple fact is I looked on a commercial that they show saying that even with bad credit is easy and simple you can get the money easy and you can apply for the money easy but in this case it was just a bunch of lies and false advertising if you say that even with bad credit I can get a loan it should be no problem especially if I'm a faithful payer that was unacceptable and that was under that was to me was kind of racist because I'm in a wheelchair and I am confined to a wheelchair as a paraplegic and on disability and I needed the money to pay off my bills it was very important at that time I was down and out and didn't have no one else to turn to not even my own family couldn't even help me and they was the only help that I can turn to and they let me down and I feel like that was a betrayal of the trust that you have for the peoples in the community I think they should tell the people the truth instead of lies there's too many innocent people who's being victims of this unpredictable circumstances where you think that you're in that long but deep down they really just don't want to give it to you only certain ones . Resolution Sought I think my desire of the outcome is for them to investigate and see what the problem in the situation is they need to improve more of their professionalism and the business world especially when you're dealing with banks Banks should have more better community service communication to the people and give them a better understanding how the system works for asking the loan and also telling the peoples what was the reason why they couldn't get the loan they didn't even tell me the reason why.
