Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. On January 6, 2024 I met with Paulo Pinheiro from EAP Construction after resourcing his company on Angie's List. He came to visit my property at 200 ONeil Road, Somerset, MA. The home was a complete remodel including plumbing, electric, contracting, cosmetics, securing any potentially unsafe flooring etc. After meeting with Paul and reading his reviews on Angie's list I felt confident that he would be the contractor for the job. After explaining my expectations I requested quotes from the team that he used including Andrade HVAC and Austin Manchia electric. I was hoping that choosing his team members would make the renovation seamless. Unfortunately, I soon found out that this was not going to be the case. This was my first time doing a remodel and I was beyond excited to choose everything I wanted since we were starting from scratch. January consisted of meeting with Paul's teams, sending photos of the expectations of the designs I wanted and coming up with a plan. We finalized plans and made contract adjustments settling on the four different projects. Bedroom $13,250.00 Living and Kitchen area $47,500 Windows $18,100 Loft and office $18,000 We also set date expectations that the completion date was March 2024. This date was confirmed as I was selling the property I was currently living in and needed the project done by no later than March. We discussed payment options and I agreed to pay cash for ? deposits on all four contracts. Listed below are Resolution Sought Have the fraudulent lien against my property dropped since I already paid for all the work he has done. Have the window screens and items I have paid for that are incorrect i.e. windows, countertops, uneven floors, etc replaced
