So they pay money to take surveys so all week I took surveys and finally made it to $12.41 but then they subtracted it to $9.99 specifically because anything under $10 there's a dollar surcharge for redeeming it so in order for them to get a dollar they took money away from me in that in my opinion is completely unethical and fraudulent. Resolution Sought I just want people to know that they're complete waste of time because even if you complete the requirements they're still going to subtract it to a point to where they get paid in order for you to redeem your money.

Our payment schedule is outlined in the Terms of Use (https://earnhaus.com/terms) and clearly states that a $1 payment fee applies for any time a balance of $9.99 or less is redeemed; balances of $10 or more have no fees applied. A balance of $12.41 should not have been charged a fee. Please contact support@earnhaus.com so we can investigate the matter.
