The cash advance app earnin i have used for a long time it used to be a great app now ots a scam. You cash advance repayment isnt taken out it one lump sum its split into multiple parts then you set your payday schedule they still debit the day before or whenever they feel like it and cause your bank to charge you NSF fees i have gotten several and just got another one today, then when you talk to chat support if you have gottten a refund because of it within 180 days even if its their fault you got it you cant get a refund, tuen you try to talk to these people in the app that basically talk you in generic circles and you get absolutely no where again loved the app but now its just such a inconvenience Resolution Sought I really would like my nsf fees payed back which is about 100-130$ !!!!!!!

I used Earnin as a payday loan. I am promised a max payment of $150.00 weekly. However, Earnin wants to frequently pay me $93.00 on payday, causing me to have to come back another day to get $7.00 and come back a third time to get $50, all which incurs a fee and creates more of a financial hardship. I should be given $150.00 on my payday Fridays. They are telling me to come back on Saturday to get $7.00, with a fee of 3.99 and this makes no sense. I should be able to get the total $150 on Friday, my payday. This is a disservice and a hardship. All I'm asking is to get the $150 on Friday, and not $93, which is not what was promised. Resolution Sought I want them to cease and desist from trying to make me or anyone else come back several times for partial payments, all incurring a fee and creating more of a disservice and hardship. This is no way to treat your consumers.
