We have been scammed by Ezra (?) (Owner) & sold a SUBMARINE LED SPA TECHNOLOGY SYSTEM which is not what he represented it to be - 'for pain, collagen and beautifying the body with infra-red light' but the machine HAS NO INFRARED so can't do what he said and there are NO INSTRUCTIONS for use or care. There are also blue, green, yellow lights & a Cycle, Flash, Time & Temp. buttons. We were given 6 mos. to use it. He did not demonstrate to us how to work it. He only put ME under it to melt a mask he put on my face. He did not show us the buttons he pushed nor explain the rest of it. He easily lifted it off me (it's 36#) but he is about 35 and muscular. And we do not know what it's supposed to do for the body. We got it home and found out we can't lift it easily at our elderly ages (91 and 82 with back problems) and since there is no Infrared it's not what he told us about nor what we want - it's meant for a spa or Doctor's office where someone can lift it off you. After multiple attempts at communication, trying to return it, & records kept of everything, we disputed thru Fidelity CC to no avail. It is almost like they did not even read our detailed side of it but only the merchant's, saying we 'got the machine & no returns'. There are numerous scam reports of this same business & even the same man on BBB & this site & others. For this amount of money at our age you can believe we were told many convincing things & he made us trust him - even my husband believed him. Resolution Sought We want to return the Submarine to them for a refund. We told him the RECEIPT (given AFTER we paid, said No Returns & Exchanges w/in 2 weeks but he said that didn't mean anything. But PRIOR he had said 6 months! That was a main selling point. We need a return authorization - it's all packed up in the shipping box it came in just as it was when we received it - we just need to know we'd get our money back. They surely can sell it because the manufacturer is sold out. I would settle for $9,000.
