To whom it may concern my name is PJ Stevens I live in Isle Minnesota. I just went through a forfeiture with the settlement in January Tyler versus Hennepin county my court didn't finish until October 22nd where I was refused or abandoned through services through Justice North legal aid on my trial date my judgment was a stay for me to be here still at my father's property here in aisle during that furniture my home was broken into and everything was still 50,000 with the valued items my electricity was turned off so I was going through a program through lakes and pines to have help with my electricity and the ECE Central electricity company has not turned my electricity back on and are asking for a $600 not refundable deposit which with the program that was supposed to be waived in my electricity will be turned back on it's been over 6 months now and my electricity has not been turned on my water pipes and my water pump has been destroyed during the winter. Due to my water being off or my electricity being off excuse me I would like to be to be replaced as well in full as well as my electricity would be turned back on thank you PJ Stephens Resolution Sought I would like the full replacement of my water pump and my water pipes due to the electricity being off especially with the cold law rule and the legal forfeit action I was taking place in full the replacement of why am I heat it has been turned off with being on a program which the $600 deduct or deposit was supposed to be waived as well thank
