My mom moved into a nursing home, requiring me to move into her house. I moved into her house and found a job in Meridian. I knew that my electric bill was due but didn't have the money to pay it. The second month comes up and again - I didn't immediately have the money - so I paid $50 on a credit card. I thought this would stop a cut off of power. I was wrong. I drove up to an empty house, it's hot and 84 degrees outside. My pet cats are confused and scared. Their water fountains don't work. I fed and watered them. Then I went to bed and wondered how my life had fallen to this point. All because of circumstances beyond my control. I had my employer help me pay the bill the next day. I'm getting Solar as soon as it becomes available. I don't know who EMEPA is for but it's not the customers. I wanted to kill myself that night because these circumstances just won't stop. The company offered 0 help - suggesting that I bring in proof that my Mom is in a nursing home so that the power bill can go in my name. I literally cannot stand this company now and just believe Karma is real. Resolution Sought A written apology would be great. A total refund would be awesome. I realize that they don't care and Money is way more important than human beings.
