They are the most shady people that I've ever dealt with. I did a "Ride to Win" program where I set up 12 demos for them and if I sell two, my Rainbow vac is free. I did 13 demos and sold to 3 "class A". They are now saying some of my demos don't count. I have been asking for a verification for a while and they just sent it yesterday, after I called their boss Gerald Ward. This gives me very little time to get the stuff I need from the clients that I did a demo for. I have snap shots from the RBO app that says they all qualify and I also have snap shots where Heather couldn't send people out to do demos because they were short handed. It's because there were no appointments for us KY clients, but there were plenty for the TN area. I have proof of that. They don't want people to get done with the program. Here in KY it has been super hard to get the demo people to come out. Their communication is horrible. They are telling me now, that I have to verify that people are homeowners by asking them for tax records, mortgage payments etc. for my demos to count. People don't like to share personal stuff and that should be the companies job, not the customers. It's just a poor way to do business. They have done SEVERAL other customers this way and it's pathetic. If something isn't done, then they are going to get involved too!! We are all just highly upset at the way we've been treated! I would advise anyone to NEVER buy from them and ESPECIALLY "Do NOT do the program"!!!! Resolution Sought I would like for the business to appreciate that I did these demos and sold 3 Rainbow Vacs for them. I want them to agree that I have completed the program and pay for my Rainbow Vac as promised. I sold more than was even asked for them.
