We'd like to file a complaint against East West Bank, 22008 Avalon Blvd, Carson, CA 90745: #310-984-1361. We've been dealing with their inefficient staff in various occasions and areas for years and part of the issues we encountered recently was that the corrected checkbook as per my ordered checkbook thru their EW staff and have also relayed my chosen design repeatedly and paid has not still been released til this time and they kept going round the circles like asking me for the checkbook number that I wanted when we haven't encountered such question from other bank/s. Been asking them to make sure that the Checkbook number that they'll indicate is accurate since the one's delivered to me had started from 101 then, the check number from previous that they emailed to me diff. from the design that I currently chose indicated 201. Likewise, we don't work in the said bank and been verifying the accuracy of the checkbook number/s and to confirm with me. I have reforwarded and reiterated on accurate infos. in our end including the design I chose and its picture. Still, they go around circles and not efficiently assisting us in expediting the processing of my supposed to be corrected, accurate checkbook with accurate infos. in it and have paid for the checkbook that they unfortunately did not follow through with any chosen design, checkbook number inconsistent. Looking forward to hearing from you soon and assist us. Resolution Sought We'd like my corrected checkbook with corrected, accurate infos., design processed and provided to me as soon as possible, improve and monitor their staff service especially at EW Carson branch, their Regional Manager-Ms. Lori Yang, their complaint team, etc.
