I bought a car from this CPO dealership approximately 1 year ago and it has been nothing but problems after problems. Me spending out of pocket after reaching out to them for help like 2-3 weeks after buying the car. Felt like I was given the whole run around and now I'm left with a car that had a cracked transmission and multiple different problems before buying it, I sent them all this information via email and still they didn't help. Resolution Sought I would like to be reimbursed and take my business elsewhere.

I bought a car from this dealership in January 2025, I reached out to them a few weeks later via email explaining to them I had a cracked transmission, start stop system wasn't working, left blinkers and windshield fluid light was on. The repairs manager sent me to their partner shop where I was told that I will have to pay for service and any repairs, so I drove back to them(Eastchester certified motors) and the repairs manager was telling me I would have to go through warranty company(keep in mind this was approximately a little over a month after purchase). So I keep going back and forth with the warranty company trying to get the car sorted out because I didn't know better, ended up paying out my pocket and the car still isn't fixed, I can't do my inspection for 2026 because the lights is still on. Resolution Sought I would like to be reimbursed my money and I take my business elsewhere because I feel like it was insensitive that no one really tried to help.
