12/21/2023 I had Easter plumbing checked my blocked drain that water went into my dishwasher. I told the technician that I had the same problem with my another house that the pipe of drainer was blocked but water went into dishwasher instead. But they insisted that was dishwasher problem that didn't went down. I said the water in dishwasher not able to empty because the drain was blocked. They still think that was dishwasher problem and told me contact them to fix. They charged me at $125.00 on 12/21/2023 on their first visit. Then two days later, the water still went to dishwasher, so I called after three o'clock . A woman answered my call. I told her I was losing my voice thru a sore throat. She said that she wrote down the notes and let them know and contact me. But they didn't and I lost voice and couldn't call. Until 1/15/24, I called them again. 1/16/24, they sent the same technician come. He still thought was it sink drainer matter but might be frozen. He used salt water to resolve the " frozen " . He tried several things didn't work. Then he opened pipe and used tool to clean. The block was cleaned out but my dishwasher bought less than 10 years broken. If he had checked sink on his first visit on 12/21/23, the problem had been resolved and dishwasher had been reserved . But now he didn't fix the drainer on his first visit but only tried with dishwasher that even now really damaged dishwasher! Then he charged $225 for the second visit that he charged totally $350 Resolution Sought The poor quality and lack of experience of the Easter plumbing should be made aware! Should give me refund for the first visit on 12/21/23 not mention their mistake made my dishwasher broken!
