To whom it may concern, My mom is a 70 year old elderly woman, she purchased a ticket through a travel agency to travel to Ecuador, unfortunately she contracted COVID and she was not able to travel, we received a voucher instead of receiving the money. We were okay with this because my mom wanted to travel later on but this has been a nightmare. Every time, she is ready to travel something happened, they other cancelled my mom's flight or my brother's flight and she can not travel. I have explained a few representatives that my mom has high blood pressure and that she can not be dealing with these types of situations that we just need the money back instead of receiving another voucher that we are going to use and then when the flight is approaching they call To cancel again the flights. Please take a look at this because it is not fair That they do not want to reimburse my mom's money if they keep canceling the flights. Resolution Sought I would like this airline to reimburse my mom's money

I scheduled a flight with eastern airline three weeks in advance. Two days before my flight departed my return flight was changed from May 20 to June 3rd. They gave me the option to accept the changes or cancel. I asked if my return flight can be reimbursed and they said yes but I would have to fly first. The second incident on May 12, my flight to Guayaquil had to depart at 6:55am and then told 3pm and then 11pm. The airline has all the passengers waiting in the gate area and with no information as to when the flight will depart. They have not provided food nor hotel vouchers to accommodate this inconvenience. The airlines customer service number operates from 8am to 8pm. Resolution Sought To provide me with a full refund as well as toll and gas expense.
