If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

This includes how quickly a company responds to complaints, the number of complaints against a company, whether the company addressed complaint allegations, and the outcome of the complaints. CRI is just a subset of the overall rating for the company. I had to reach out to Eastern Area Community Ministry for emergency rent assistance. I'm currently waiting for my disability checks to start coming in and my husband's overtime we depended on got cut (because restaurants are still struggling from COVID). We need rent help or we will be evicted next week. EACM said they couldn't help, they're only helping people with up coming months rent not past due. So I called about 30 churches myself for help but every church says the samething, we only work with ministries not landlords and I need to call EACM. For a family to be in this position feeling scared, humiliated, stressed and depressed to put pride aside a beg for help is hard enough.So I asked EACM if they could except the donations on my behalf and once I said enough I could get the check from them.I wasn't asking them for money or to call places, just except the donations so we don't get evicted. Heather Palmer emails me and says "we go through a screening process, sorry we can't assist ".How does that make sense?They are my area ministry, churches only use ministries and no other ministry will help except the one in your area (which mine won't). We need emergency rent assistance,I thought that was what the ministry was for and for her to make me feel less than, humiliated, not worth helping and even more scared with nowhere to turn or direction to turn is unbelievable.We need help,compassion and treated like a human going through a rough time.I need help for my family ASAP Resolution Sought I want Eastern Area Community Ministry (in my area) to help us. I had already gotten $900 in donations from churches (on my own) only to be told they can't assist me. I need them to help my family with rent assistance, for Nov. And now I'm going to need help for Dec. By next week so we don't get evicted. I just want someone to help me and my family through this rough time. We owe $1600 for Nov and now $1300 for the upcoming Dec. Rent.
