I currently have an account with Eastern Bank and when I go in the negative the bank actually shows me a different amount than what I actually have in my account so therefore I think I have money in my account to spend and when I go ahead and spend that money that's not exactly what I have in my account so it is Putting me in the negative and charging me overdraft fees and at that point my banks already in the negative and I have stuff that comes out that automatically keeps putting me in a negative and they keep charging me overdrive after overdraft fee after overdraft fee currently over the last year I've spent over $3000 in overdraft fees and I can't seem to get out of the hole because they keep slamming me with overdraft fees. I don't think it's right to the consumer I think what is shown for unavailable balance should be what is available to you not what is a fake number if that makes any sense Resolution Sought Personally, I would like a refund and I would like it to be corrected for other people like me that have this issue with them.
