I was gifted a gift card that clearly states it can be used to purchase items on line at EMS.com. Yet that is not true. I have to make the purchase and then contact EMS then they will reimburse my personal account in 5+ business days. They also indicated this policy has been going on for several (3?) years. This is unacceptable and not communicated to consumer prior to purchase. Resolution Sought I want to make my online purchase without having to do it on my credit card first. I want them to stop selling gift cards that cannot in fact be used on line without a credit card transaction occurring first. I want them to "fix" their system so gift cards can in fact be a direct source of purchase
