Place has roaches and no fresh food!!

Well I happen to like this place but have complained before and noticed a change as far as the food being hot and fresh. Well today which is 2/25/2019 my girlfriend and I went for lunch, which should mean the food is fresh but went to wash my hands and seen roaches going down the hallway. Although that should've been my sign, I still stayed only to notice the fun noodles that are supposed to be white are clear telling me they weren't fresh. The corn cobs in the diet vegetables tasted spoiled so my girlfriend tried to get another plate which had pizza on it and there was hair cooked into the pizza and that was our last straw. There's no steam coming off the food, hair in the food and a stick thing that the manager said looks like it came from the won tons although he didn't know!! I seen a worker come out the back and swing the door open and I happened to see back there, which a big pile of what looked like meat was on a table in front of the door. The place is just very dirty from the carpet to the roaches and being in the food business that should never ever be!! I think if the health department came in that there would be way more problems than I've witnessed!! To be honest they need to shut the place down and they care about there business they'll get it sanitized roach free and always have fresh food!! Also the cook obviously need to wear gloves and hair nets!! They need to close I feel because I actually looked them up and seen the reviews and seen they were on the dirty
