Had my oil changed and the oil filter got loose and I lost four quarts of oil. Took my pickup back and they filled it up with oil. I would like my 74.94 back. They give me 15.00 to wash underneath my pickup. Please help me. That's bad business. Can u help ? Resolution Sought Get my refund.

Company states; Please be advised that we have denied the customer's request for a refund due to the fact that we did repair the problem, and we allowed him to take it to a car wash to have the underneath his truck at our expense. So, at this point we will not honor his request for a refund. Thank you,
