Last Jan 4th, Yesterday, I ordered great garlic sub meal online with subway app from east view mall (7979 Victor Pittsford Rd., Victor, NY 14564) I thought it's open. I never got the food and the subway app said find another subway. I went to subway at food court and met employee. He said computers down. I looked up internet permanently closed. I paid $12.95 and order number is F4A39F5F-33. I want refund. I called subway headquarters about refund. The person said we can't help with refund because we don't have customer service. You have to call your card company or bank to refund you. That's wrong and not fair. The headquarters phone number is 1-800-888-4848. Resolution Sought I want $12.95 refund please!
