Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

Faucet in my guest bathroom was leaking nonstop hot water. I placed a work order and 5 days went by with update or notice of sending anyone to fix it. I've called several times regarding my concerns with the water and gas bill being that it was hot water running. Eventually I got someone to fix it because they never did. When I sent my receipt they refused to refund me for what I paid to get the faucet fixed and for the overage on my water bill or gas bill. Now they don't manage my house anymore Thank Goodness but I still want my money back. Resolution Sought I want my money back.
