Ordered a bed remote from them in December. Could not get it to work. Returned it. Can not get anyone to answer phone and they have not returned my refund. Resolution Sought Refund my money.

After trying this mattress for two nights. I realized that this bed is not for a handicapped man. I'm 72 years old. I have polio and I can't walk. The salesman told me the bed height can be raised for easy nursing aide care or when I need to leave the house by stretcher. The bed does not have side rails. I need side rails. I could roll out of the bed I also need a trapeze. Which this bed does not offer. But mostly I need a bed that the level of the bed can be raises and lowered. And the corporate office of Easy Rest. Will not take the bed back. Resolution Sought I'm hoping that you can convince the corporate office Either in Baltimore or Pa will reconsider and accept this bed back. 4 Interplex drive Suite 202 Travis,Pa. customer service 1800 523 5383

Company's letter states: We have resolved this matter with Mr. Steiner. We were unable to reach Mr. Steiner for some time and his voicemail was full. Finally spoke to customer and resolved the issue.
