I felt embarrassed and humiliated by Doctor Douglas

I had a appointment with Doctor Douglas scheduled on September 8th 2020, Prior to his appointment I went to the ER at Bayfront located in ST Petersburg Florida for on going pain on my shoulder. I called my employer health bridge department and they advises to go to the Emergency room if I my pain is severe. So I did and when I had the schedule to visit Doctor Douglas that was already scheduled. I asked through email if I should keep on the splint as suggested through the emergency room they emailed me back and said yes. When the Appointment on September 8th came through Doctor Douglas was really angry in why I had on the brace for the shoulder. I tried to explain what happened and the email his staff sent to keep on the brace he just became angry regarding the brace for the shoulder. I felt embarrassed and humiliated by Doctor Douglas so I left his office with head down took the referral and the appointment and walked away I immediately ashamed embarrassed . On the 9th of September i called and spoke the office manager and complained she said she would talk to Doctor Eaton business partner and that I should hear back from him but never heard back. How could a doctor's office selected and trusted by workman comp treat patients this way is what I would like to know, is this a not a procedure I did not ask for this injury sadly it did happen and the way your treated by Doctor Douglas is beyond anyone who needs treatment. Not to hear back from them just makes me know how.
