Had a bumper fixed there; contacted him because paint fell off 4 weeks later; had my son come to get fixed. Then the power steering pump he put in is bad and they tell my husband bring up he will take care of. Now he wont. I have text messages saying he warranty's all his work. nope he told my son he not fixing the car he is a rip off!!! On top now have pay some else to have these things fixed. Resolution Sought Fix the car the right way like should to begin with.

We offered to have this customers bumper repainted for free. When we called her to let her know we had availability to schedule the repair she did not answer and started texting very rude comments and being very disrespectful because she was upset that it took a few weeks to make availability for her repair. She refused to answer our phone calls when we attempted to resolve the issue. She proceeded to make negative posts all over social media and bash our business. She sent numerous lengthy and abusive text messages and disputed an almost $1000 transaction on her credit card from our company without cause. We attempted again to contact her about her credit card dispute and she refused to speak with us. I’m the many times she visited our shop almost every time she was yelling and screaming at someone on the phone or visciously yelling and screaming at the toddler in her backseat to the point we considered calling the police. The customers son later contacted us to have work done and we informed him that we were not going to be doing business with their family any more because we do not tolerate this kind of rude and unreasonable behavior.

That is a lie in it self right there. He talking about another lady he did business with because I never came up there with a toddler in my back set and I was never rude him at all ever time we talk we never had any problems at all. The problem was when I text him about car an sent pitchers to him show him the work need to be done he did not respond to me for 14 days about it and I have all the text he and I sent each other and I have to the credit card company as well. I was never rude him at all. By the time he got back to me to fix the car my son had all ready left ND and at that could not get the car fixed it was not here at all. My husband end talking to him because I was not talking the rudeness he treating me and that he didn’t fix the car like said he would and am then sent the credit company photos say all work final and there was no warranty at and I have in writing there was a warranty on the repairs. He ran into my husband at the store one day acted like this problem ever happened at all. I just told people not take there cars to him because he lier and a thief and puts bad parts on people car and roped them off. It was the true truth and I was being honest.
