Alex is a fraud!!

Stay away from this piece of sh$t. He’s a fraud and doesn’t do what he says. He will steal your cash and leave your job incomplete and wrong.

Don’t let him take advantage of you.

Contractor was hired to do a rehab and never completed the job. He hired subcontractors to do work and didn't pay them. They called me to complain and stated that they would put a lien on my property if not paid. He continued to steal asking for funds to purchase material but never delivering the the items or installing them. After having two meeting to discuss the completion of the project he continues to make excuses to not deliver or complete the work as outlined in the contract. He will start a project to make it appear that he is doing something but will not complete the work. This company is continuing to do business and taking money from individuals. The company has been sued for the same issues and is still licensed to do business. Don’t let him take advantage of you.
