I previously filed a complaint. It was marked as resolved. However, I have encountered additional issues. I purchased a treadmill on 12/16/23. I am now on my 3 treadmill, as two have been broken (as determined by the assembly companies. They have used the wrong shipping company, there has been damage to my home (I am now having to complete repairs), there have been significant delays, my husband and I have lost time at work on numerous occasions, and constantly struggle to get a hold of an employee at Echelon that can/will assist me. They agreed to send me an upgraded treadmill to help make up for some of the errors. I received the treadmill, however they did not send the hardware. So I am still without a working treadmill. They now have to send out the hardware and someone to assemble it. I reached out to Echelon immediately on 2/19/24 when it happened. I have called a few times and sent a few emails. I have yet to hear back from a manager about an acknowledgement of the newest error and resolution. I'm hoping by sending a new complaint, I will finally hear back from Echelon. Resolution Sought I want an acknowledgement of yet another error caused by Echelon, a response from a manager, and resolution for dragging this matter out another couple weeks.

I purchased an exercise bike with delivery and assembly service. Their delivery partner was cancelled twice and now I can't reach them to reschedule. Echelon customer service told me they can't help resolve the issue. I also can't cancel because I have to refuse delivery in order to do so. I can't get them to show up. Resolution Sought They got paid I want my product.
