Rude, complaining about doing their job

My car was stuck on a log. When the guy came he started asking while raising his voice about what happened. Of course I assumed he was joking but then this ranting and complaining went on for another 5 minutes. I tried not to say anything because I was a female with my car stuck at night and I just wanted it to be over. He finally got to lifting my car with the machine he used to press a button. Then as I'm on the phone with my mother I hear him start to yell something, he said "I don't care about your phone where are you gloves at?" I said gloves for what? He said to pull the log out. That log looks heavy. I politely said I don't have gloves sir. And he asked about gloves 4 more times. He then said "I'm here to lift your car not to get the log", this is when for a business either you're just rude or you don't know when a joke has gone too far. All I said was I'm not getting the log and he stood there and tapped for two more minutes. Finally he proceeded to get the log from under my car. After that I waited to sign a paper, told him thank you while he tried to complain to me about something else, and got into my car as quickly as possible. This was the rudest service in my life.
