Had a recall done and they messed my truck motor up an ordered the part to fix it but instead of giving me something to drive they told me to keep driving until the part comes in but I'm responsible for keeping oil in it because they busted my valve cover an it pours oil everywhere and has the whole underneath of my truck covered in oil and smokes due to oil covering the exhaust and could possibly catch fire. Resolution Sought Supply me with a rental car until my truck is fixed right and completely detail my truck to get all the oil off body an underneath the frame.

Company states; Customer can in for cam phasers. After he left the valve cover was leaking. Valve Cover was on Backorder, but when got the cover in we called the customer and got him a vehicle to drive along with a detail of his vehicle. Customer was happy with what we done and said is dropping all complaints. Thank you Eckenrod Ford.

When customer talked to our service manager (Corey) once we got the vehicle done and the vehicle detailed like he requested ,he stated that it looked good. We put Mr Woods in a loaner vehicle while his was down and in the shop with us. We got most of the oil off but still had some on the rear differential. Corey asked Mr Woods if everything was good and if we can drop the complaint and he stated yes he will. And that he was good with what he had done.
