Hi, Eco pest guy orginally said its a 1 time process and charged us 170$ and made me sign. i felt he didnt spray on base boards and didnt remove cob webs in basement as they promised. I called them and complained and wanted to refund the whole amount. they said i signed a contract for 1year and refund is not possible. they did not mention anything about the contract. basically they duped me. Resolution Sought i want my refund money of 800$
