Bought a toy that had its box taped shut by Eco Thrift. Upon taking the toy home and opening the box, it was discovered the toy was broken with half its parts missing. Eco Thrift refuses to offer a refund saying it's not their fault the toy is broken/missing parts despite them being the ones who taped the box to prevent inspection prior to leaving store. Resolution Sought Refund the $11.
