GAZELLE buys used iPhones and offered me $374.00 for an iPhone 12 and iPhone 13 Pro Max. They sent two packages, prepaid with all mailing info to send iPhones to them. This was sent January 7, 2026. They claim they never received them and aren't paying. I have tracking information. The iPhone 12 SR44973727807 and the iPhone 13 Pro Max SR21526732576. Resolution Sought If they won't pay the agreed upon amount, send me the iPhones back.

I sold my phone to an eco ATM machine inside of a Walmart November 16th I had the money disbursed to a Venmo account in this account I was never able to find the payment to claim it I called Venmo support and eco support and neither could help me find the payment to accept it, so it was ultimately returned and I was supposed to receive a check, but I haven't received any updates or a check. Resolution Sought Find my money.
