I hired them to get ride of bugs and/or fleas. The guy came 3x. The last day was the 14 of Sept. I waited all day. At last he came about 1:30pm. He told the office that he came and later he said he couldn't get in. There is always someone walking the dog, tell the office made him come again. The guy name is Alejandro. He asked me to go outside. I came in turn on the light. I fell down. There was chemical all over the floor. I fell on my back. I hurt my back and my head. I paid for services, I want it done right. Customer requested a flea treatment. Service was completed on 08/03/22 Her job was a one-Time service with one follow-up. Ms. Morales was prepped and advised she will need to vacate home after service was completed and she agreed. After a few weeks of her service, the customer called almost daily stating she has bugs biting her and that she cannot see them. Ms. Morales is extremely argumentative and hostel. We scheduled the follow up on 08/31/22 Our technician arrived and Ms. Morales was not home or did not come to the door. Our technician moved on with his route. Ms. Morales called our office hours later hysterical. Our technician was willing to come back in the afternoon. Upon arrival, he treated the interior of the home and noted on his paperwork that he did not notice any flea activity. When we completed the flea treatment, you can not re-enter the home for 4-6 hours as to allow the product to dry. Ms. Morales was aware of the procedure. Our concern is that she should not have entered the home after a fogging treatment had taken place. Also, we did not service her property three times. Her last service was 08/31/22. She may have hired another company and is confused?
