My name is Yawar and I am representing Hiphonic LLC company. Our company's main focus is on buying products from wholesalers and disturbing and then sell it online on Amazon. So, there is a company Ecomsteam. This company provides wholesale products so I placed order with them and after few days my selling account deactivated due to some reasons and I requested Ecomsteam to cancel my order and refund me the amount. They said okay in 2 days you will get refund amount but in it's been now almost 2 weeks and i didn't get the refund amount also the company is not responding to any of my texts,emails or calls. I don't know what is the issue with them. Kindly please help me getting back my refund amount. I will be very thankful to you . Resolution Sought I am requesting the Ecomsteam company to kindly give me the refund as soon as possible.
