I took my car to econo auto painting on sunset boulevard in Columbia South Carolina the first time they painted all the Chrome on the car and places that should not have had paint on it I waited 45 days as they requested and brought the car back so that they could straighten out and they made the car worse the car has terrible paint job orange peeling throughout the whole paint job it's supposed to be smooth it's not supposed to look as though it's the peeling of an orange is what I mean I asked him to straighten it out and they told me that they fired the painter that painted the car and that they will not going to honor their warranty which I have in writing and that if I did refuse to pick up my car that they will file for a title and take it away from me by charging me and excessive amount of storage every day that the car stayed there so I had no choice except to pick up my car and bring it home but it is really an embarrassment to drive I paid them for extra gloss and there's no extra gloss in the paint the paint job is just terrible Resolution Sought My desired outcome is for them to take my car and paint it properly so there are no orange peelings in the paint and the car is smooth

Company states; Mr. Gallman brought his car to be painted. Signed original work order that states imperfections will show Mr. Gallman had some issues with first paint job. We honored warranty had him bring car back in. We repainted the car to his satisfactory. He signed another work order certificate saying he was satisfied with all repairs. Now is wanting another paint job. Issues are now due to not washing and maintaining new paint. Enclosed (upon request) is copy of first no charge redo, has signed satisfied.
