They used my card for some transactions that I did not authorize they came in the room and went in my objects and took towels that they thought that was theirs that was my personal items that they went into I'm trying to keep myself from calling the laws and pressing charges. Resolution Sought I would like my funds back my towels and a honor that that wasn't their towels that they took out of my personal items.

Company states: she is in house guests stays in number 206 with a guy named Corey Eugene Banks. Room is on guy's name. She pays by her card sometimes. Most of the time room is been paid by Mr. Corey Banks. About the towels: Housekeeper went into their room to clean. As she was cleaning she found extra towels that belong to the property and so she took some of the towels out. Towels have our tag and they belong to the hotel. It is not her personal stuff
