Econo Lodge complaints

Paid for services I didn't receive and put out in the cold after being put on the Do Not Rent list for a reason that is not valid. I stayed here and left about an hour late because of the lady at front desk not being able to to split up my payment and the worker told me it was ok that I leave late and this was the reason I was out on this list that I believe needs to be looked at because the policy is being abused by the employees, because of this I was left in the cold with no money and paying for services I did not receive. I know the motel will say it's the third party I need to go to for my money back but this IS the hotels fault this happened to me and I want a full refund for the booking I payed for and the hotel cancelled , and pain and suffering for what the motel did to me or the associate did to me when she put me on this do not rent list even though she said it was ok to have a late checkout because of the split payment that she said she couldn't do for me that day. The hotel really needs to take a look at this Do Not Rent List and only use it when it is needed, not when the employee feels like a person should be on it. I felt discriminated and belittled and this employee put me in a position where I was not safe and broke! Resolution Sought I want a full refund and pain and suffering , also an apology and this employee that did this to me should get reprimanded for her actions as an employee of the Econo Lodge of Longmont Colorado because I will take this further and sue Econo Lodge for her actions that put me in harms way.
