Two nights of lack of sleep due to above us making noise all night. Contact front desk but got no response, when I personally went to the office the desk clerk stated if I didn't like it to leave and would be refunded my money. I wasn't the one making the noise why should I have inconvenience myself. This property manager has yet contacted me to resolve this matter. And he was checking in another guest when he said I can leave and this was at midnight! Noise lasted until 3 am no sleep. From out of state and was leaving the next morning home. Broken mirror in room door looking like it's prayed open. Bedding was so old it had holes and very thin. Spider webs in the corners. Outside trash. Non smoking but could smell smoke as well as POT. Very unkept property. Rude with their customers. Mac was the front office worker. Zero ratings for this property. Never would I recommend this place. Wanting full compensation for two nights of noise. Maybe three hours of sleep. I would recommend immigration and health department do a check in this business. I'm sure there are illegal things happening here Econo Lodge 24412 Sunnymead Blvd Moreno Valley, California 92553 92553 Resolution Sought Full compensation of my stay. Like Mac stated a refund.
