I stayed here 3 nights total and each night was another nightmare. There is a bed bug infestation that i was initially unaware of until i was bitten and i noticed something crawling on the bed and yes indeed it was a "bed bug" immediately took pictures of the bugs as well and the live roaches. after explaining this too the women at the front desk i was met with frustration and told the most they could do is switch me too another room; where i again located more live bugs. All of this is documented and there are photos in my phone. also their google reviews are terrible now that i get a chance too look, saying the same things I'm complaining about. Resolution Sought I would like to be refunded for each night i stayed there ($72x3nights = 216. I asked them about a refunded and they got very irritated with me, explaining they cannot do refunds because we were the only people to ever complain about bugs (the google reviews says otherwise).
