I rented room 107 for a night and the next morning I'm laying in the bed watching TV and a extremely large cochroach falls from the ceiling onto my bed. I was mortified and freaked out and killed an put it in a bag to show the office. I was then asked to come back after 11 so I could speak w the manager. When I return at 11 the manager still wasn't there and they didn't even attempt to call him to resolve my issue as I asked for my money back. They took my name an number down told me they would have manager call me but I'm still waiting for that call. I took pictures and still have the bug to show whoever I need to. I'm just concerned about bringing that type of bug back to my home. Resolution Sought I would just appreciate at least my refund of my room. I'm gonna have to spray or bomb my house just to be safe I didn't bring any home with me after my stay.
