Me and my son drove from Houston Texas to Temple Texas because he's in the army and had to make an appearance so we rented a room at the Econo Lodge 1001 General Bruce Drive in room 125 when checking in we noticed the room was infested with roaches so I went to the office and the guy gave me a business card told me to go online to make a complaint well then the next morning I contacted the corporate office which is choice hotels and I was told to go to the front desk and ask for a refund which was at 9:00 in the morning as I did that the lady who agreed to give me my refund right after that she told me I needed to pack my stuff and leave the room and I had no vehicle because my son used it to go to the military base so I pretty much been standing outside in the heat since 9:00 this morning and it is now 3:22 along with my health conditions she also took $100 deposit for me which I made the reservations on booking.com and it would it was only supposed to be $30 so she reimbursed me for the 88th that I used on my card but the $100 cash deposit I never got back Resolution Sought First of all I think that place needs a major inspection The room was so infested with roaches they were on the ceilings while we were sleeping falling on us so we really didn't get no sleep there was people outside smoking marijuana then on the website it also stated breakfast included and there was no breakfast at all not even coffee and donuts I would like to be re-compensated for my $100 deposits in cash and the suffering I went through out here in this heat for the past 7 hours.
