Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

Returned back down to Arizona in Nov found out that our TV company was taken over by ECU had to get a box to receive TV channels called and made an appointment to have them come out to fix problem one day after hookup the voice and lips were not compatible waited to see if this would fix itself but it didn't so called again after a long wait they came back after 30 days and again. I had to pay another $65 dollars just to put a cable from box to tv after one day I called EVU and it is getting close to the month again one person called and said that I didn't take out extended warranty on the box so if it is the box will have to pay another $65 dollars this makes the grand total $195 if they ever get back to us again very unbusiness like to run a business I just want something done about this as soon as possible before more of my money is gone. Resolution Sought Get this box fixed or replace it at no more cost to me.
