I was led to believe Mike G. was looking out for my best interest, focused on improving my credit. Meanwhile purchase of car was ignored! Quickly signed dozen spaces on computer screen, then he printed and folded tight into envelope. Next day I discovered bought $5,000 in extras not wanted paying 11 percent interest. Subsequently, I don't trust dealer to provide service. After paid $2,000 for wax service, I noticed wheels are filthy dirty! Returned, waited 2 hours for wheels serviced, but nothing done, same dirty wheels. Took pictures. Told not want service contract, Mike said wait 8 weeks to refund. I want refunded now $3,000 Resolution Sought Just refund unwanted and never spoken about service contract. Not wait 8 weeks while paying 11 percent interest rate.
