Bought my jeep new for this dealer. I have had my car in the at least 6 times to fix an issue with my touchscreen/radio. The screen operates the heat/ac, radio, navigation, and hands free. The screen frequently freezes or is black. The heat comes on randomly and you are unable to turn it off. The car is under warranty but they will not fix it unless I pay out of pocket. Again the car is under Warranty. Resolution Sought I want my radio/touch screen replaced or fixed.
