Went to Ed Vloyles to submit a claim to Hyundai corporate for paint peeling on my car. The dealership said when they submit the claim Hyundai makes the dealership pay instead of Hyundai corporate for the paint peeling and if I were to submit it then it would get denied because I don't get my oil change done at their dealership. This is ridiculous and have contacted Hyundai corporate and they have sent me to multiple dealerships that could not submit a claim to the corporate office because the places they sent me did not have a body shop. They are making their customers suffer by ignoring an issue like this. Someone please help. Resolution Sought Pay for repair on my paint and repaint the spot that is peeling on my car
