This company placed a silo closed on the front of our home last year 4/3/24 $586.00. Same faucet leaking this year and they wanted to charge $771.00! They are price gouging customers and it needs to stop! I paid $85.00 and told him I didn't need their service! Another co. replaced it for $275.00! Don't use EDCO plumbing!!! Resolution Sought Pay me back the $85.00. Also, to be inspected for price gouging!!!!!

Customer was told over phone sillcock was not under warranty, told her the trip charge was $85.00 regardless of what might be wrong with it. Sillcock froze and busted from having pex piping hooked up to it all winter long. Warranty only covers manufacturer defects and/or workmanship for 1 yr. Customer told Lance she may try to use someone "more local" and the morning of the call, the call was confirmed to still come out. After diagnosing the issue, a price was presented to make the repair, and the customer declined. No work was done other than troubleshooting the problem. Recommended to customer may find another plumbing company in her area that may do the job for less, or possibly more. That is the price that our company has to charge to operate.
