Eddie Bauer has been charging me late fees for the last 3 months and I know my payments are and have never been late. I sent Dec payment in on Dec 12th due Dec 27th and they said received it Jan 2nd, I can't be the only person they are doing this to Resolution Sought Erase all late fees since October.
