About 2 years ago I received a letter from Chrysler telling me my headrest had deployed, I called every week then every month. I was always told it was 1-3mos then I called them and they said the program was over. They also had my phone number. They told me once to come in they had it, I set for 3 hours they did recalls but no headrest. Resolution Sought I would like to have my headrest as it is a safety factor and them to stop lying to me
