Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. This company is doing fraudulent activity by allowing payments being sent to individuals after I've notified them it is fraudulent. I've never tooken out a student loan and or attended college. In fact I am now living in Texas and the people who did this fraudulent activity are receiving these payments even after I've advised edfinancial it is not me Resolution Sought Stop all payments to this fraudulent activity and investigate the matter
